WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!

All orders are shipped from our studio in New Delhi. Your ordered products will be beautifully wrapped and packed in our hand-printed fabric bag. We ship throughout the week, except Saturday, Sunday & public holidays.

SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA

FREE SHIPPING WITH ORDER VALUE OF INR 5000 OR ABOVE
For India, minor shipping charges will occur. Rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, and volume. We do our best to dispatch your product within 1-3 working days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

FREE SHIPPING WITH ORDER VALUE OF EUR 150 / USD 200 OR ABOVE
Internationally, we ship through the leading courier company Fedex and aim to dispatch orders within 1-4 working days of receipt of order.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, which you can use to trace your order on www.fedex.com. Goods will need to be signed for, so please make sure you choose your delivery address accordingly. Please provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. Fedex will deliver between Monday-Friday only, and attempt delivery 3 times before goods are returned to us. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive. Fedex does not deliver to PO Boxes.

Please note that if the quantities ordered are more than 5 pieces per product per style, or if the item ordered is out of stock, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.

CUSTOMS/TAXES

To make your shopping experience as simple as possible, we have arranged for Fedex to customs clear your goods and deliver them to your doorstep. We try to ensure that no additional duties or taxes will be charged. However as these vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer's responsibility.

MODES OF PAYMENT

For all transactions we accept all major credit cards and banks (including Master, Visa & American Express and provide option to pay using PayPal. PayPal is our third party payment gateway. For any shipping & payment related query please contact our customer care executives at customercare@monsoonandbeyond.com.

RETURNS

We really hope that you're happy with your Monsoon and Beyond product! If, however, you are unhappy, or if your product has been damaged in transit, please contact us at customercare@monsoonandbeyond.com as soon as possible. We can offer a refund or replacement on any item as long as it is returned in its original condition and packaging within 45 days of receipt.

Please note, however, that we are unable to reimburse shipping costs, including those to return the product to Monsoon and Beyond. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage on returning the item to us, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. Once we receive the item, the refund will be initiated.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
